    My103 account is your personal job search organiser. It records online job applications you sent via 103Jobs.com and presents them in an easy to use format. The important details about each application are saved i.e. the job title, employer’s name, etc.
    By signing up for My103 account, you will be able to enjoy all the services mentioned above. You can browse jobs without having to login but do need to login to apply for a job or update your resume. top

    How much does the service cost?  
    Nothing, My103 is provided FREE for job seekers. You are free to post your resume, generate cover letter, search the job listings and apply for jobs as often as you like. top

    How do I search for jobs?  
    You may browse jobs by job listing or go to advance search. For job listing, you can have a listing of position details sort by date, location, industry, position, category or company name. For advance search, you can search for jobs by choosing one or more of the following criteria: location, job specialisation, position level, and keywords. To have a more specific search result, you can select either to sort by date or relevance, and to choose within the period of job posted.
    For more specific search, use the keywords, e.g. position titles, skills or company name. Separate keywords with comma (,) , 'or' , 'and' operators.

    To get relevant result, it is important that you understand the difference between Job Specialisation and Company Industry. Job Specialisation refers to the job function or responsibility while Company Industry refers to the types of services and products in which a company is engaged. top

    Create and preview your resume using our templates. You can upload your recent passport sized photo here.
    Cover Letter:
    Create and preview your cover letter.
    Jobs Profile:
    Update the details of your targeted jobs so that My103 will list out all the jobs that match your criteria in Jobs Matches.
    Jobs Matches:
    List of jobs that match your jobs profile.
    Jobs Applied:
    Keeps track of anyjobs you have applied for online. There will be a link to the job description,the name of the company, the date on which you applied for the vacancy and the application status.
    My Profile:
    Update your personal information.
    Resume Privacy Setting:
    Select your resume status either to be public, private, inactive, deactivate or empty.
    Feedback:
    Send us your feedback if there is any suggestion, enquiries, complaint, support, help, etc.
    Logout:
    When you have finished with your session in My103, click on 'logout' at the top of the page. You will revert to the 103Jobs.com home page. top

    For how long will you keep my resume in your database?  
    At least 1 month. We will send you an email from time to time asking you to update your resume. If your account remains inactive for 1 month, your resume could be removed by us without notice at any time. top

    Who will be able to access my resume?  
    Any employer that registers at 103Jobs.com will be able to access the resume database. However, there are four (4) resume privacy settings available to job seekers :-
    Public:
    Means you consent to make your resume available to all employers and advertisers who are searching for suitable candidates on 103Jobs.com, thus making it easier for you to be selected for the job you are applying for.
    Private:
    Means that your resume is completely confidential on 103Jobs.com Site. Your resume will not be shown in employers and advertisers search unless you apply nline for their vacancy. A code will be assigned to your resume for 103Jobs.com reference and control purposes.
    Inactive:
    Means your resume will be inactive after you do not log in your account for 30 days.
    Deactivate:
    Means that your resume will not be available to all employers. If you would like to apply for a job, your resume will be updated to Private status automatically.
    Empty:
    Means no resume has been posted or that you have deleted your current resume in your My103 account. top

    Yes. You will have to login to My103 account, click on Jobs Applied. You may select any of the jobs thatyou have previously applied and click on the WITHDRAW button. top

    Why should I authenticate my account and how?  
    This is necessary to validate your My103 resume and to prove to employersthat your personal particulars in your application are true and legitimate. You will stand a higher chance of selection by employers.
