offered by 103Jobs.com. The ownership of the Site is with 103Jobs.com, and the terms
relate to all the 103Jobs.com domain names registered throughout the world whereby
103Jobs.com has ownership of the domain.
You are required to accept these Terms prior to registration in order to activate
your account. If you do not accept these Terms, 103Jobs.com will remove your details
from our main database. Users to the Site who do not register will also be bound by
some of these Terms each time they access and use the Site, as specified herein.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by posting changes online.
You are advised to check this page regularly to review the Terms. Your continued
use of the Site and/or the services after these changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of these Terms as modified by the posted changes.

accepted these Terms & Conditions and any additional Terms & Conditions, which

Violating or attempting to violate the security of 103Jobs.com's Web Sites (or any
other sites accessed through 103Jobs.com's Web Sites) including, without limitation,
accessing data not intended for them or logging into a server or account which they
are not authorised to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of
a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without
proper authorisation, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network
or sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or
services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the
Site and the materials available vest with 103Jobs.com, our licensors and our third party
suppliers. Use of the Site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

material or logos contained on the Site for your own personal use. You may not use any of this

Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the
Employer or Job Seeker database belong to 103Jobs.com. You acknowledge that you do not acquire
any rights in the database or its content and that these Terms & Conditions govern your
retention and use of the database and its content.
You may not (whether directly or indirectly, including through the use of any program) create
a database in an electronic form by downloading or storing all or any part of the pages from the
Site without our expressed written permission. Further, no part of this Site may be reproduced,
transmitted to or stored on any other web site, disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic
form, or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system without our expressed
written permission.

recruitment services, and to other web sites that we think may be of interest to you. 103Jobs.com
is unable to accept responsibility for the content or the reliability of the linked web sites and

that these links will work all the time and have no control over the availability of the linked pages.
Site Availability
103Jobs.com will attempt to ensure continuous availability of the Site and all the services but
accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. 103Jobs.com
will intend to change its design and functionality from time to time in an attempt to improve the use
and services on the Site.
We use our best efforts to ensure that 103Jobs.com is available to users of the World Wide Web 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. At times the Site may be partially or completely unavailable due to line or technical
faults or reasons beyond our control such as failures by third party service providers or a risk of virus
attack. It is our intention to deal with these situations as quickly as reasonably possible, but you agree
that we shall have no financial liability to you in the event of such unavailability.

Disclaimer
103Jobs.com reserves the right to edit any Job Seeker's resume as it sees fit. 103Jobs.com will
not release the Job Seeker's personal data to any potential Employer without his or her permission but
103Jobs.com will release the Job Seeker's brief resume (without his or her name and address) to third
parties through the use of 103Jobs.com's search engine or any other means.
103Jobs.com also reserves the right to edit any Employer advertisement or web pages as it sees fit.
103Jobs.com reserves the right to change the Service Fee or institute new charges or fees, as it
deems appropriate. In the event that any Employer should fail to pay the Service Fee or any other
fees or charges due to 103Jobs.com, 103Jobs.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the
Employer's web page or advertisement, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies. 103Jobs.com
also reserves the right to reject any link or advertisement at any time for any reason whatsover.
Privacy
Some Employers might undertake to perform a pre-employment background check on Job Seekers based
on the job application and/or interview. By applying for the position, Job Seekers are deemed to
have consented to such a pre-employment background check being undertaken with no further notice
or consent required.
Profile Information
Job Seekers will be requested to provide a series of information for 103Jobs.com to hold and
use on the Site. This will contain name and contact information, categories, email alert categories
and resume, which can be uploaded or created online. Your information, or selected parts of the
information, will be made available to be viewed and downloaded, by way of an online search over
the Internet, by our clients. These may be direct recruiters, employment consultants or other
organisations, which pay for the service.
NOTE: Your current employer may be either a client of 103Jobs.com or a client of
one of the agencies that use the Site. 103Jobs.com cannot restrict the clients or agencies that
access resumes on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. You can choose
to opt for setting your profile to be private, public or selectively available for viewing depending
on your employment requirements from time to time. Clients, or agencies may be located in countries
from all around the world.
Resume Information
When you register with 103Jobs.com, you will first register and provide a User Id and password of
your choice. You will create your own User Profile and upload one or more of your resumes or cover
letters and we will store the information on our databases. You can update or delete any of the
information at any time. A 103Jobs.com client can be stopped from viewing your resumes if you have
not consented to this within the User Profile section. It is your responsibility to ensure that your
resumes and contact details are kept up to date.
You should update your resumes ideally every 3 months but particularly if your contact details have
changed and you are changing jobs or contract assignments. Once your User Profile and resumes are in
our database, we will contact you periodically by email to request whether you want to remain active
or inactive.
Your account risks the possibility of being inactivated if you have not logged in for over a month
prompting an email notification to be sent to your email address. By being inactive, it stops your
resumes from being searched and will be archived until you wish to make it active again. Activation
can be initiated by a resumed login onto the Site. We have the right that if we do not have a
positive response to a series of emails, we will remove your information from the database.
The online resume facility allows you to create resumes for use in the system. It is your
responsibility to ensure the information in those resumes are accurate, truthful and portray a correct
record of the Job history. You may hold a number of resumes, thereby allowing different formats to be
held. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of any resumes, created online,
uploaded or translated and expect you to carry out such verification procedures, as you feel necessary.
You are required to upload or submit a copy of your Identity Card / MyKad or Passport for authentication
purposes. By submitting the documents and picture identifications, you thus give consent and allow the
Employers rights to view them. In relation to our Privacy Policy in keeping all confidential information
private, the document and picture identifications will be secured with a 103Jobs.com watermark logo. To
further ensure the privacy of Job Seekers, the document and picture identifications will only be
accessible by the Employers upon request.
Information for Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any
material from this Site including code and software.
No Guarantees of Job Vacancy
103Jobs.com gives no guarantee of continued availability of any particular job advertised on the
Site and will not be responsible should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior
to removal of the advertisement from the Site.
Our Rights to Use Information You Send to Us
103Jobs.com welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. You agree that
103Jobs.com may reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, and publicly display
any materials and other information (including ideas for new or improved products and services)
that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as forums and features of the week) or by
email to 103Jobs.com at info@103jobs.com. (Please read our
Privacy Policy for more information.)
Passwords
Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a
password if 103Jobs.com reasonably believe that an unauthorised person is using it or that the
user is breaching these Terms & Conditions.
It will be the users sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his or her login name
and password.
